What travelers say
A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“We recently stayed at Moxt Outletcity Metzingen and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The hotel's strategic location right in the heart of the outlet center is absolutely unbeatable - you can literally step out and start shopping within seconds, which makes it incredibly convenient for anyone visiting Metzingen's famous outlets. The team here truly stands out. From check-in to checkout, every staff member was genuinely friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that made the stay even more enjoyable. Their attentiveness and hospitality made all the difference. The hotel itself is decent and clearly well-maintained. Everything was clean, functional, and comfortable - exactly what you need after a long day of outlet shopping. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and the overall upkeep of the property shows that management takes pride in providing a quality experience.”
“Great stay at Moxy Outletcity Metzingen! The staff were amazing, especially Moha who was assiatant me at the reception (not sure about the spelling). He was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Also, thanks to the staff member who helped me book over the phone — he made it possible to secure a family option even when it first seemed unavailable. The breakfast was €19 per adult. It’s not extremely large in variety, but everything essential was there and the quality was good. My 6-year-old child could eat for free, which was a nice bonus. Only downside: the heating in room 1083 made a noticeable humming noise at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep. (Check attached) But overall, the great service from the team really stood out. I would stay here again.”
“We had a very pleasant week stay at Moxy Metzingen. We were greeted by very accommodating and friendly staff on arrival and even recieved a lovely welcome drink. There was a very good choice of breakfast items, aswell as bar food. The bar service was fantastic. Overall, brilliant experience and we look forward to a return visit.”
